Swimming Rules
Pool Hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.
Residents are aware there is no life guard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Children age under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Only 2 guests per household. Guest must be accompanied by tenant.
No toys/floats (except arm floats) permitted in pool.
No pets allowed.
Residents responsible for the actions and behaviors of their children and guests.
Management/owner not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
If lightning approaches, leave pool area immediatley.
Proper swim attire is required. No diapers allowed. No cutoff shorts allowed.
Management/owner assume no responsibility for your safety.
Glass, food and alcohol prohibited.
No running, jumping or diving.
You agree to follow the directions of the pool monitors.
The pool is for the enjoyment of all residents. Disruptive behavior will result in your pool privileges being revoked.
Should you be issued a pool pass, you must have the pass at all times when using the pool area. Violation of any rules listed in this addendum can result in revocation of pool pass.
Should you be issued a pool pass and need a replacement, a fee of $5.00 will be charged.
